Shipping

When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually processed and then shipped within 3-7 days. Delivery time varies depending on location:

  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Where is my order shipped from?
We work with a print-on-demand service provider that utilizes locations worldwide. The order will be shipped from the facility closest to you or the one that can operate most efficiently.

Will I be charged customs fees?
For international orders, customs and tax fees may apply. These are determined by the local customs office and are beyond our control. Please inform yourself about potential fees at your local customs office in advance.

My order hasn't arrived – what now?

  1. Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
  2. Inquire at your local post office if the package is there.
  3. Ask your neighbors if the package was delivered to them.

If the delivery address was correct and the package cannot be found, please contact us at support@lottabloom.com with your order number. If you find an error in the delivery address, we can place a replacement order – however, you will bear the shipping costs.


Orders

How are the products made?
All items are produced individually upon order to avoid overproduction. Depending on the location, the order will be processed by the nearest facility.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For questions, please contact support@lottabloom.com.

I received a damaged or wrong product – what should I do?
We are sorry if there was a problem with your order. Please send us photos of the product, your order number, and further details to support@lottabloom.com within 7 days. We will find a solution for you.


Returns

What is your return policy?
Since all items are custom-made for you, we ask that you order thoughtfully. If an item is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days at support@lottabloom.com.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are possible for damaged or wrongly delivered items. Send us photos and details, and we will take care of it.

Can I exchange items?
Since our products are made to order, we currently do not offer exchanges. Please use our size charts to ensure you order the correct size. If an item was mislabeled, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will send you a replacement or issue a refund.
